What services, how to get: (1) Name of Service : Implementation of Agricultural Incentive / Rehabilitation Program : Steps: (How to Get) 1st step: Allotment at district level with policies and resolutions from ministry/national level. 2nd step: Sub-allocation to upazila with resolution by district agriculture rehabilitation committee. 3rd step: Sub-allocation at Union level by Upazila Agriculture Rehabilitation Committee. 4th step: Selection of suitable farmers by union agriculture committee and preparation of priority list of farmers, approved and sent to upazila. 5th step: The received priority list is verified and approved by the Upazila Agricultural Rehabilitation Committee. 6th Step: Procurement of allotted materials (fertilizer, seeds) and distribution at Union level. 7th step : Distribution of materials through master roll along with agricultural card and photo to the concerned farmer by the union agriculture committee and storage of the same. (2) Name of Service : Issuance / Renewal of Pesticide License : Steps: 1st Step : An adult person with appropriate educational qualification (male) shall apply in the prescribed form at the Upazila Agriculture Office (with trade license, treasury challan). 2nd Step: SAPPO and AO (PP)/UAO will verify the applicant's shop, locality needs and other qualifications and recommend/reject and send to District. 3rd step: Additional Deputy Director (PP) in the district will scrutinize all the applications received and if necessary re-investigate and if satisfied, issue or renew the license and send it to the upazila. 4th Step: The applicant will collect the license from the upazila and hang its photocopy in a visible place of the shop. (3) Name of Service : Project Based Exhibition Installation : 1st Step : Allotment of Exhibition / Training in Upazila by Deputy Director's Office. 2nd Step : Presentation of the allocation received by the Upazila Agriculture Officer in the SAAO meeting, detailed discussion on the suitable land for setting up the exhibition and selection of suitable farmers by category. 3rd Step : Discussion with farmers group by SAAO and preparation of priority list of farmers and submission to Upazila Agriculture Office. 4th Step : Verification and approval/cancellation of selected land and farmer opinion by UAO / AEO. 5th Step : Providing technical training and distribution of materials for exhibition to selected farmers. 6th Step : In the presence of farmers, SAAOs and UAOs/AOs, setting up exhibitions and providing directions for implementation of further activities. 7th Step: Regular inspection/monitoring of demonstration plots by farmers, SAAOs and AEOs, short cutting, field days, impact and result reports.
